We provide a compact overview of our system technology for laser-based surface structuring and demonstrate how it can be flexibly integrated into existing manufacturing environments. To this end, we present our modular solutions, which can be used to reliably produce a wide variety of structural geometries and functional surfaces.

Another focus is on our AI-supported approaches to automated parameter optimization, which significantly reduce development times and reliably identify process windows. In addition, we present our online and inline sensor technologies, which can be used to monitor and control processes in real time.

Using concrete examples, we show how these technologies interact to enable stable, efficient, and scalable production processes.
