Spraying Techniques

  • Atmospheric plasma spraying (APS)
  • High velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF)
  • Arc spraying (LDS)


Spray Guns

  • APS F6 and SinplexPro (argon, hydrogen, nitrogen and helium) 
  • HVOF gases: TopGun® and DJ2700 (combustion gas ethylene)
  • HVOF liquid: K2 (Kerosene)
  • LDS (compressed air and inert gas)


Technical Data

  • Two spray booths (Dimensions: 3.5 x 3.2 x 2.5 m3)
  • Handling system: 6-axis robot + 2.8 m linear feed; shaft turning machine
  • Process monitoring by Accura Spray 4.0 (particle diagnostic) and thermo graphic camera
  • Liquid spraying for APS and HVOF
  • Different powder feeding systems (disc or vibration)

  • Sustainable functional coatings and coating systems on 3D components – made of metals, ceramics, polymeres, FRPs, MMCs with dimensions from millimeter to meter
  • Ceramics, metals and hardmetals in powder form and suspensions
  • Polymere powders (PEEK)
