Laser Cladding

The group Cladding focuses its core competencies on the development of process- and system technologies for a broad spectrum of industrial laser application. Of special interest here are the two fields: surface coating, direct metal depositions for applications in repair-and generating of components and tools. Furthermore we offer CAD/CAM software solutions, components for system integration as well as on-site support for industrial customers.

Service offers

Our service comprises R&D contract research concerning additive laser procedures in the broad sense (cladding, build-up welding, coating, alloying, dispersing and generating). Furthermore we process real components, develop comprehensive system technological solutions and transfer various techniques of laser cladding into industrial applications.
