Mass transport, heat effects and velocity distribution in gas flows play a crucial role for anyl filter installation. A homogeneous inflow into the filter bed is an important prerequisite for an efficient use and long retention time of adsorptive filters. Moreover, pressure drop and low resistance need to be minimized.

We simulate gas flow systems contaminated with particulate matter based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Software relying on the longstanding expertise of experienced scientists who can even simulate complex geometries.

The simulation of particulate exhaust streams is a crucial basis for an efficient design of exhaust extraction systems. Such simulations are highly valuable for the design of large filter systems in industrial production plants.
