  • Surface roughness measurement
  • Mobile measuring amplifier, i.a. for strain, force or temperature measurements
  • Digital image correlation (DIC) for planar measurement of deformations and strains on components and samples (LIMESS Q400)

  • Notch impact bar tests at different temperatures
  • Tension, compression, and bending tests (-150 to 600 °C)
  • Tests under torsion and/ or combined tension - torsion loading
  • Determination of the surface strain by means of extensometer, strain gauge and digital image correlation
  • Fatigue testing of material samples and components (Wöhler curve, cyclic stress-strain-curve) under operational conditions and at temperatures up to 900°C
  • Fracture mechanics (fracture toughness, fatigue crack resistance curves, fatigue crack growth)
