Strategy Project within the framework of the funding program "Twenty20"

An innovation strategy for the development of novel procedures for the processing of components, tools and models, which is characterized by an additive 3 dimensional (generative) material buildup, is being worked out. This innovation strategy is based on the current state’s analysis and the evaluation of the technologies still to be developed.

The detailed implementation planning includes a description of the issues to be resolved, the chosen approach and information regarding the necessary partners and cooperation. The scientific and economic potential of additive manufacturing technologies is assessed. Based on these findings, both an economic and a research concept which cover added value interrelations are developed.

Under consideration of the company’s market and cooperate structure a technological roadmap, based on the determined demands and potentials, is created. The roadmap assists the market-based implementation of further technological projects under the idea of sustainability in the "New Länder".
