Our service comprises R&D contract research concerning additive laser procedures in the broad sense (cladding, build-up welding, coating, alloying, dispersing and generating). Furthermore we process real components, develop comprehensive system technological solutions and transfer various techniques of laser cladding into industrial applications.

Our service includes simulations, material-and process developments, fabrication of processing heads and their integration. Additionally we offer on-site supports for industrial customers, when a new technology is introduced into a production line.

In addition to the mere laser proceeding we also offer plasma-powder-cladding and a very effective hybrid technology, which employs inductively supported build-up welding techniques.
